Terms of Service

These terms describe use of the BrightBree Studio website and demonstration tools, and how our website services are proposed. For questions, contact hello@brightbreestudio.com. A separate written proposal or service agreement defines any paid engagement.

1. Website information and inquiries

Package descriptions provide a starting point for a project discussion. Creating a brief, choosing a package, viewing a demo, or sending an inquiry does not place an order, reserve a start date, authorize payment, or create a subscription. A project begins only after the scope and commercial terms are agreed through the applicable proposal or service agreement.

2. Service packages

Starter Website is intended for one scrolling page. Standard Website is intended for up to five pages. Website + Dashboard combines a website with specifically agreed business workflows and private access. Features shown in a demonstration are examples and are not automatically included in every project.

The proposal defines deliverables, page count, integrations, revisions, timeline, client responsibilities, price, and acceptance process. Changes outside that scope require a separate agreement on cost and timing. The final agreement identifies the contracting parties and governs the purchased services if its terms differ from these general website terms.

3. Build fees and ongoing care

Website development is priced separately from monthly Hosting & Care. Any deposit, payment schedule, recurring fee, renewal, cancellation, suspension, refund terms, or usage allowance must be disclosed in the applicable agreement before purchase. This website currently does not collect payments or start recurring billing.

Domain renewals, business email, payment processing, messaging, file storage, mapping, and other third-party services may carry separate charges. Your proposal identifies what is included and what is billed separately. Major redesigns and new features are not included in routine care unless expressly agreed.

4. Client materials and access

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and materials they have permission to use. Do not send passwords or confidential customer data in the public brief form. Access to business systems should use an agreed secure method. Delayed content, approvals, or access can affect a project’s schedule.

5. Ownership and third-party materials

The service agreement defines ownership and licensing of completed work, source files, and any transfer conditions. Client-supplied content remains subject to the client’s rights. Stock images, fonts, software, and other third-party components remain subject to their own licenses. Viewing this website or its demos does not grant permission to resell or redistribute their content.

6. Demonstration tools

The lawn-care site and dashboard are sample experiences. They do not send real messages, collect payments, confirm appointments, or provide a production client account. Enter only fictional information. Sample data is stored in the browser session and may be lost or reset.

The route planner uses approximate city-center distances rather than road directions, traffic, or appointment-window optimization. Do not use it as a driving itinerary. A live business application requires separately configured access, storage, integrations, and operating procedures.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to submit unlawful material, impersonate others, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, disrupt services, or attempt unauthorized access. Use public forms and demonstrations only for their intended purpose.

8. Availability and results

Website information and demonstrations may change or be unavailable during maintenance or service interruptions. We do not promise specific sales, search rankings, leads, or business results from browsing this site or purchasing a design service. Availability commitments, warranties, remedies, and other project-specific obligations belong in the signed service agreement. Nothing in these website terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

9. Privacy, updates, and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains the current website’s information practices. Updated website terms will be posted here with a revised date. Changes to an existing paid engagement are handled under its agreement. Contact hello@brightbreestudio.com before purchasing if you need clarification.
